This special range of Chai comes in 3 distinct flavours:
1) Fluffy Chai - Smooth, creamy, aromatic and tasty, our fluffy chai is a favourite at festivals and gatherings throughout Australia. Cinnamon fanse will love this drink (mild) 2) Pepper Chai - For that lift in the morning that you get with coffee, without the come down afterwards, our pepper chai made with added ground black pepper offers you or your customer a delicious start to the day. (medium) 3)Chilli Chai - preferred by serious chilli fans and experienced chai drinkers, our chilli chai called "Ninja Chilli Chai" will definetly pack a punch and delight the taste buds (hot)
Directions (makes 2 cups):
In a pan, add 1 tablespoon of Chai Spice to 1 cup of boiling water. Reduce heat and simmer gently for 5 - 10 minutes. Add sliced fresh ginger for extra warmth and spice.
Remove from heat. Steep with tea if desired. The spice blend can now be left to brew for up to a couple of days, to be used when required.
Add 2 cups of milk (try using soy or rice milk) and reheat without boiling. Strain the liquid into cups. Add a generous amount of honey or raw sugar and serve.
